Figure 1. Counties left empty have no lawyer establishments at all, so the ratio is undefined rather than large. This is a market map, not a merit map, establishment counts do not distinguish a medical malpractice practice from a solo doing closings, and nothing here suggests where claims exist.

Arkansas counties where births most outrun local legal establishment density. A media-planning input, and nothing more than that.

Where families leave the county to deliver

34 of Arkansas's 75 counties recorded births in 2024 and contain no hospital confirmed to provide inpatient labour and delivery. Between them, 6,562 births. The largest are Lonoke at 858, Crawford at 704 and Crittenden at 528.

All 6,562 of those Arkansas births happened outside the county of residence, which puts the defendant facility outside the county you would target and the delivery record with a custodian somewhere else.

Counties with births and nobody local to call

27 Arkansas counties recorded births in 2024 and report no Offices-of-Lawyers establishment, covering 2,930 births. Johnson recorded 298, Madison recorded 197 and Lawrence recorded 175. County Business Patterns carries no establishment figure for those 27 Arkansas counties, rather than a published zero, so read it as none reported.

Zero establishments does not mean nobody in Johnson or the other 26 has a lawyer. It means no office sits there, so they are served from elsewhere in Arkansas. At an average of 108.5 births a county, none of them carries enough volume for a campaign or a local presence to convert one against, which makes them a referral question.

What produces signed birth injury cases in Arkansas

A Arkansas programme, in order. The order is the same everywhere; the geography inputs are not.

Clinical measures and legal measures are never joined on this site. Adverse-event rates describe medicine; litigation describes a legal process. Where both appear together it is to describe a market, not to suggest that one predicts the other.
