Three bands, published, with the arithmetic underneath them
Every competitor in this category answers "what does it cost" with "it depends, let's book a call." It does depend — on scope, markets and screening capacity — which is exactly why the bands and the conditions are published rather than discovered at the end of a sales process.
The three retainer bands
$8,000/month
+ advertising spend, passed through at cost. 90-day initial term, then monthly.
For: A firm with one channel it wants run properly, and no reliable way to trace an inquiry to a signed case.
Included
- One demand channel, built and operated
- Attribution rebuilt end to end — inquiry to case management system
- Conversion layer: landing pages and forms
- Speed-to-lead instrumentation and measurement
- Monthly reporting led by cost per signed case
Not included
- Screening system build
- Multi-market operation
- Co-counsel development
- Original video
When this band is wrong for you: Wrong if you already have clean attribution and simply want more volume. You would be paying for instrumentation you have.
$18,000/month
+ advertising spend, passed through at cost. 90-day initial term, then monthly.
For: A firm running two or more channels that has hit its screening ceiling, or does not know where the ceiling is.
Included
- Everything in Foundation, across multiple channels
- Screening system: rubric, scripts, records workflow, capacity model
- Screen-out taxonomy fed back into targeting weekly
- AI intake layer with escalation rules and full transcript logging
- SEO and answer-engine programme, published to standard
- Quarterly economics review against the firm’s own resolved matters
Not included
- Multi-state market expansion
- Dedicated pod
- Co-counsel programme build
When this band is wrong for you: Wrong if your review capacity is already measured, documented and unconstrained. Then this band pays for a diagnosis you do not need.
$35,000/month
+ advertising spend, passed through at cost. 90-day initial term, then monthly.
For: A firm expanding across markets, or building a co-counsel network as a primary origination channel.
Included
- Everything in Growth, across multiple markets
- Co-counsel and referral development as a measured channel
- Dedicated pod: strategist, media, content, analyst
- Original video and creative for sensitive categories
- Direct mail with per-firm scored reports and QR attribution
- Board-level reporting: portfolio economics by market and disposition
Not included
- Nothing — this is the full programme
When this band is wrong for you: Wrong if you are testing whether marketing works for you at all. Start at Foundation and let the data decide.
Start with the diagnostic, not the retainer
Market & Acquisition Diagnostic — $7,500, three weeks
A paid, fixed-scope engagement that ends in a written plan and a decision — including, sometimes, the decision not to work together. Credited in full against the first three months of any retainer, so if you proceed it costs you nothing net.
- Market sizing for your actual geography from our county-level layer — births, delivery capacity, legal capacity.
- Audit of current spend recomputed against cost per signed case, using your matter data rather than platform data.
- Screening capacity model: your real ceiling, and what it would cost to raise it.
- A twelve-month acquisition plan with the assumptions written down so you can argue with them.
Why it is paid
A free audit is a sales asset and both sides know it. A paid diagnostic changes the incentive: we are being paid to tell you the truth, including that your current programme is fine, or that your constraint is not marketing at all. Firms that will not pay $7,500 to find out will not execute a twelve-month plan either, and that filter is worth more to us than the fee.
The cost structure
| Item | Treatment | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising spend | Separate, at cost | Billed to your own card in your own ad accounts wherever the platform allows it. We never mark it up and we never bill a percentage of it. |
| Third-party tools — call tracking, attribution, scheduling | Separate, at cost | In your name. If you leave, they keep working. |
| Records retrieval and clinical review fees | Separate, at cost | Paid by the firm to the provider or reviewer directly. We never sit in the middle of a clinical fee. |
| Original video production | Quoted per project | Included in Market Leader; quoted separately below it. |
| Direct mail print and postage | Separate, at cost | Design and attribution are in the Market Leader retainer. |
| Everything else | In the retainer | Strategy, media management, content, landing pages, screening operations, reporting, review and compliance assembly. |
| Term | What it is |
|---|---|
| Initial term | 90 days, then month to month. |
| Notice | 30 days, either side, at any point after the initial term. |
| Ownership | Every account, asset, page and dataset is yours, in your name, from day one. Nothing is licensed to you. |
| Exit | On notice we hand over credentials, documentation and a written state-of-play. There is no exit fee and no data hostage. |
| Exclusivity | One firm per market per case type. If we are working with a competitor in your market we will tell you on the first call, not the third. |
| Price changes | Fixed for twelve months from signature. Any change afterwards comes with 60 days’ notice. |
What no band buys
An outcome promise
Nobody can honour one, and in a category where cases take years to resolve, anyone offering one is either inexperienced or counting on you not checking. We commit to a measurement standard, a response time and a reporting cadence. Those we can be held to.
Results we have not earned yet
We have no birth-injury-specific case results, because we have taken no birth injury client. The results page says exactly that. What we bring is documented personal injury acquisition, traced through to signed clients, plus the market intelligence and screening model we built for this category before selling into it.
