A person answers, inside five minutes

We sell speed-to-lead systems to law firms. A site that sells them and takes two days to reply is an argument against its own thesis, so we hold ourselves to the same target we hold client programmes to. If we miss it, the reply will say we missed it.

If you are a firm: current spend, case mix and roughly how many inquiries a week your team can review is enough to make the first reply useful.

Or email kevin@kkamarketing.com directly. It reaches the same person.

If you are a parent or family member

We cannot help you, and we do not want you to spend time here hoping otherwise. Birth Injury Marketing is a marketing agency that works for law firms. We are not lawyers, we do not represent families, we cannot evaluate what happened to your child, and we will never tell you whether you have a claim or what it might be worth.

If you are looking for help, contact a licensed attorney in your state. Your state bar association operates a lawyer referral service, and it is free to use. Please do not send us medical records or details about your child — we are not able to act on them and we would rather you did not share them with a company that cannot help.

Journalists and researchers

Every dataset behind the intelligence layer can be cut to your specification — by state, county, hospital or year — and sent as CSV, free, with no conditions and no approval rights over what you write. We will also tell you what the data cannot support, which is usually the more useful half of the conversation. See Methodology first; it lists the known limits.

What happens to a message sent from this page. Four routes depending on who is writing, each with a stated response commitment. Message received Law firm a person replies, under five minutes in hours Journalist / researcher custom data cut, free, usually same week Correction checked, then logged with a date whether or not it flatters us Injured family we cannot help, and we say so immediately No autoresponder, no sequence, no drip a message here does not enrol you in anything Pointed to a licensed attorney
Figure 1 — four routes, four different commitments. The fourth one matters most: we are a marketing agency, we do not represent families, and anyone writing to us about their own child's birth gets told that immediately rather than being put into a funnel.
What we do and do not do with what you send.
QuestionAnswer
Will I be put on an email list? No. There is no autoresponder, no nurture sequence, and no drip on this site. A message gets a reply from a person and nothing else.
Will you call me if I only emailed?Only if you ask us to, or if you gave a phone number and said calling was fine.
Do you sell or share what I send? No. See the privacy page, which is short and specific.
How long do you keep it?Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Can I send you a correction anonymously?Yes. Email it. If it is right it goes in the corrections log with a date and without your name.
Our own response commitment, and how we measure it. We sell speed-to-lead systems, so publishing our own numbers is the minimum.
ChannelCommitmentHow it is measuredWhen we miss it
This form, business hoursA person replies inside five minutesTimestamp on submission versus first outbound replyThe reply says so, and the miss is logged
This form, outside hoursA person replies by the next business morningSame measure, bucketed by local hour of arrivalSame
Email directSame as the form — it reaches the same personMailbox timestampsSame
Journalist data requestAcknowledged same day; the cut usually within the weekRequest date versus delivery dateWe tell you the date we can actually do it, rather than going quiet
Correction reportChecked within two business daysReport date versus entry in the corrections logThe log entry carries the report date, not the fix date
Reaching the right person faster. What to include depending on why you are writing.
If you are…Include thisWhy it speeds things up
A firm evaluating usMonthly spend, inquiries per month, signed cases last quarter, and how many inquiries your team can review a weekIt lets the first reply contain an actual observation about your funnel rather than a request for a call
A firm with a specific problemThe one metric that is wrong and what you have already triedRoughly half the time the answer is something you can do yourself, and we would rather send that
A journalistThe cut you want — geography, years, level of aggregation — and your deadlineWe can usually turn a county- or state-level CSV around the same week
A researcherWhat you are testing, so we can tell you where the data will not support itThe limits are the useful half; see Methodology
Reporting an errorThe page, the figure, and what you believe it should beIt goes into the log with the date you reported it
