Birth Injury Marketing
Library

Eight publications. On the page, not behind a form.

This is the whole method — how we would build a birth injury acquisition programme for your firm, written out. It is good enough that a firm could run its own programme on it without hiring anyone. We published it anyway, because in a category where every agency claims expertise, demonstrating it is cheaper than arguing about it.

How the eight publications relate. One flagship playbook with three channel manuals, two operational manuals, one compliance framework and one measurement manual. Case Acquisition Playbook the flagship — everything below in outline Paid Media Manual demand SEO & AI Search demand Video & Creative demand Co-Counsel origination Screening & Intake Manual the constraint Compliance binds all of the above Firm Operating Manual measures whether any of it worked
Figure 1 — read the flagship first if you have an hour, and the manual matching your constraint if you have twenty minutes. Compliance binds every other document and should be read by whoever signs off creative.
What these publications deliberately do not contain.
AbsentWhy
Benchmark conversion rates and cost figuresWe hold none we could defend in this practice area. Every model here takes your numbers instead. Any document supplying a "typical" birth injury cost per lead is guessing.
Clinical guidance of any kindOur standard requires a named clinical reviewer before any page asserts a medical fact, and we have not retained one yet. The screening manual therefore covers the operational system, not clinical judgement.
Legal adviceWe are a marketing agency. Rules are linked to primary sources so you read the rule, not our paraphrase.
Case studiesWe have no birth injury results, and we will not publish composites. The results page says so.
A sales pitch at the end of each chapterThe services pages are where that belongs, and you can find them without being interrupted.
Every publication, what it covers, and what it deliberately leaves to someone else.
